Salah satunya adalah pemohon perekaman KTP-el yang masih pemula atau berusia 17 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bernama Muhammad Ruri yang beralamat di Desa Rejosari, Kecamatan Karangawen. Ruri wajib memiliki KTP-el sebagai identitas dasar yang wajib dimiliki sebagai Warga Negara Indonesia yang sudah berusia 17 tahun.
